Designed exclusively for groups, the eight/nine-bedroom luxury property features ensuites in every room, multiple meeting and breakout spaces, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Teams can shift effortlessly from focused work to connection and recharge, with amenities including a saltwater pool, tennis court, expansive lawns, outdoor fire, and pizza oven. SEPARATE MEETING ROOM
Our wonderfully light and spacious meeting room provides the perfect environment to get down to business and achieve wonderful outcomes with your team. Because our meeting room is separate to the rest of the house the business side of your stay can be conducted completely independently of your leisure/ social activities. Extensions can be added to seat a total of up to 16/18 people.
BREAKOUT ROOM
Adjacent to the meeting room is a breakout room complete with tea and coffee making facilities so that the work part of your stay can be kept completely separate from all leisure activities.
LARGE SMART TV
There is a large 75″ smart TV in the meeting room which you can be sure will capture the attention of everyone making presentations effortless and effective.

The meeting table at Lawn Road Retreat can be positioned in a number of different ways depending on your requirements and the numbers you would like to seat.
BREAKAWAY AREAS
There are many places where you can break up into smaller groups at Lawn Road Retreat. This is one of them. There is also the main lounge, another lounge, the office booth, the breakout room and several outdoor seating areas.
SUPERB ACCOMODATION
Lawn Road Retreat offers the most wonderful accommodation. With up to nine bedrooms on offer and ensuites for every room the property caters to corporate groups wonderfully well. The beds are all super comfy and many can be split according to the groups requirements.
NUMEROUS TEAM BUILDING ACTIVIES
Lawn Road Retreat has a range of team building activities on site. There’s tennis, outdoor table tennis, petanque, volleyball as well as a range of games like cornhole, giant jenga, kubb etc. And when it’s time to relax there’s a large hot tub which can seat 14 to 16 people.
CATERING
A number of caterers have worked at Lawn Road Retreat before and have had wonderful feedback. Many groups also get a chef to come and cook for them during their stay. We are happy to help facilitate any of these options during your stay.

Lawn Road Retreat has the most wonderful features. From the super large hot tub and outdoor fire, to the pizza oven and superbly appointed kitchens. Everything has been thought of to ensure that you have the most wonderful stay.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
There are many wonderful acitivies close to Lawn Road Retreat. These include the cycle path which is just a 5 minute cycle away. Lawn Road Retreat is also close to some wonderful wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range, Elephant Hill and Clearview as well as Outfoxed which has a range of activities including clay bird shooting, archery etc There are also a number of golf courses nearby including the iconic Cape Kidnappers Golf Course.
LOCATION
Lawn Road Retreat’s location is hard to beat. Centrally located between Hastings, Havelock North and Napier it is close to all of the main centres . The airport is handy too – just a 20 minute drive.
