Lawn Road Retreat offers something most wedding venues can’t: a place where your people can actually stay together. The whole property is exclusively yours — up to 16 guests sleeping under one roof, with everything they need to eat, drink, swim, and properly celebrate.

For many couples, this is the part of the wedding that matters most. The morning before, the evening after, the breakfast where everyone is still together. Lawn Road Retreat is built for exactly that.

Getting ready at the venue

The bridal party can get ready on-site — no last-minute logistics, no hired halls. Two kitchens for catering, multiple spaces for hair and makeup, and a property that photographs beautifully.

THE EVENING AFTER

When everyone else has gone home

Once other guests have said their goodbyes, the staying party has the house to themselves. The hot tub, the outdoor fireplace, a last glass of wine — an intimate ending to an important day.

Waking up still in the same place as your people. A slow breakfast. The pool. No checking out. No saying goodbye too soon. Just a proper ending to an important weekend.

HOW IT WORKS

Exclusively yours for the duration.

Lawn Road Retreat is available as an exclusive-use venue hire for weddings. The staying party — up to 16 guests — has full use of the house, the pool, the hot tub, the outdoor spaces, and both kitchens throughout their stay.

The reception is held under a marquee on the grounds, keeping the celebration and the house separate. Other wedding guests depart at an agreed time, leaving the staying party to enjoy the property privately. Catering can be arranged through your own caterers, or Pen can recommend chefs who know the property well.
