Lawn Road Retreat is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. We split the beds down into singles, so the property sleeps up to 20 — the team, the coaches, and the parent helpers, all under one roof. No scattering across motel units. No chasing room keys. One front door.

Hawke’s Bay packs its tournament venues, sports grounds, pools, courts and schools into a compact area — and Lawn Road Retreat sits right in the middle of it. Most days you’re only a short drive from where you need to be, which keeps early starts manageable and afternoons free.

Napier and Hastings are both close by for supplies, a team meal out, or a rest-day outing, and the airport is an easy run for groups flying in. For touring squads, that central position turns travel time into something you barely notice.
