There is plenty of space for all at Lawn Road Retreat. Both inside and out you'll find some lovely areas where you can sneak away with a good book for some down time and enjoy the Hawke's Bay sun. There's plenty of space too, for when you all come together and with 3 fully equipped kitchens if cooking's your thing there'll be nothing holding you back from whipping up lots of wonderful culinary delights.
SUPERB SETTING
Lawn Road Retreat is situated in a truly gorgeous rural setting in Hastings, Hawke's Bay with wonderful sweeping views of the countryside. There's a bit of everything - famland, orchards and even a vineyards nearby. It truly does provide luxury accommodation that is hard to beat!
THREE LIVING AREAS
Lawn Road Retreat has three living areas so there's plenty of space for all. Pictured opposite is the wing at the front of the house.
THREE KITCHENS
Lawn Road Retreat has three fully equipped kitchens complete with fridges and dishwashers. There are three washing machines too so plenty of facilities for your large group The main kitchen area has two ovens, two dishwashers and two sinks.
SEVEN BEDROOMS
The accommodation at Lawn Road Retreat really is outstanding. In all there are 7 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have superking beds, 3 have king beds, 1 has a queen and a single bed and the final bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds.
PRIVATE GARDENS
Each of the downstairs bedrooms have a private garden area with wonderful sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The beds are super comfy too.
ENSUITES FOR EVERY BEDROOM
Every bedroom at Lawn Road Retreat has an ensuite. Just another reason why this wonderful accommodation is perfect for large groups. This is a picture of the master ensuite. Just out of shot there is a spacious double shower. A bifold window gives you wonderful views of the countryside. Please note that two bedrooms share an ensuite.
SIX SMART TV'S AND NETFLIX
There are smart TV's in each of the main living areas and 3 of the bedrooms have them too, so if you feel like snuggling up in front of a good movie during your stay there'll be absolutely no problem. Four different movies can be watched at once so there'll be no problem catering to everyone's tastes.
GREAT MUSIC SYSTEM
Lawn Road Retreat has the Sonos music system in all living areas including the covered deck area so you will have surround sound whether inside or outside. It creates a wonderful atmosphere and is a feature we think is hard to beat.
INDOOR / OUTDOOR FLOW
With bifold doors literally everywhere it is hard to know where the indoor area finishes and the outdoors start. Perfect for entertaining. There are lots of areas outside too where you can take yourself off if you'd like some down time -perhaps to have a quiet coffee and enjoy the gorgeous Hawke's Bay sun.

If you like singalongs you've come to the right place. Lawn Road Retreat has a fully tuned piano for you to enjoy.
